RXSOL Lead Cleaner/Inhibitor Remover contains hydrocarbon acids, which has an excellent property to bind lead-ions and keep them in solutions.

This material is biodegradable quickly. The total of the organic substances contained in the product reach, if finely dispersed, at least 60% BOD28/COD in the closed bottle test or at least 70% DOC removal in the modified OECD Screening test. (OECD-limits for classification "readily biodegradable": at least 60% BOD28/COD resp. at least 70% DOC.)
