SODIUM COBALTINITRITE -uses: It is used as qualitative test for potassium and ammonium ions.it also forms the basis of a quantitative determination of potassium.
IODIC ACID -uses: iodic acid is used in analytical chemistry laboratories to standardize solution of both weak and strong bases using methyl red or methyl orange as the indicator .it acts as a key starting material to synthesize sodium or potassium iodate,there by increasing increasing the iodine content of salts.

POTASSIUM IODATE -uses: potassium iodate is sometimes used for iodination of table salt to prevent iodine deficiency.because iodide can be oxidized to iodine by molecular oxygen under wet condition. is used as a source for dietary iodine,used as a maturing agent in baking , in agriculture.
