Sodium iodide is an iodide salt that is formed into an injectable medicine.
Sodium iodide is used to treat or prevent iodine deficiency caused by poor nutrition ,
poor absorption by the body. Sodium iodide may also be used to treat a thyroid disorder.

Sodium Iodide 20% is for use in cattle as an aid in treating actinomycosis (lumpy jaw), actinobacillosis (wooden tongue) and necrotic stomatitis in cattle. Dosage and Administration: Sodium Iodide 20%.
