Sodium Selenite also known as a Disodium salt of Selenious Acid is a white solid, highly soluble in water, solubility in water : about 85 gms /100ml @ 20°c., but not soluble in ethanol. It has the Mol. Formula Na2SeO3 with Selenium having (+4 )oxidation state

 it is not the same material. But given the names, it is fairly common for people to mistake one for the other. While it does appear in crystal form, Sodium Selenite is as inorganic form of the element selenium. 

Sodium tert-butoxide, 98% cAS 865-48-5 - used as a strong base and a non-nucleophilic base. In organic synthesis, it serves as an intermediate in various reactions like condensation, rearrangement and ring-opening.

It is similar in reactivity to the more common potassium tert-butoxide. The compound can be produced by treating tert-butyl alcohol with sodium hydride.
